Absolutely delightful and wonderful sauce to use with other dishes like the gyoza!
Shrimp Tempura Bowl
We always stop in at Kokoro whenever we're in the area or driving through on I-25. The food is always good and the service is always friendly, fast and prompt.
Chicken Bowl
The food here is ALWAYS great! I always order a super chicken bowl, white rice, dark meat, teriyaki sauce and a side of Sriracha sauce of course. Not only is the food perfect every time, but the employees are all so wonderful and helpful! Always have a positive attitude, whether it be inside the restaurant or the drive thru. 10 / 10 stars for sure.
Salmon Bowl
I love the salmon bowl here! The food and service is awesome 😎 💯 Jaelene is the best server/ cashier by far! She really makes this place shine with her beautiful smile and amazing hospitality 💕 Love this place!
Beef Curry Bowl
Kokoro absolutely nailed it. The curry beef bowl was rich, comforting, and packed with flavor — tender beef, perfectly balanced curry, and the kind of meal that makes you immediately plan your next visit. Every bite tasted fresh and thoughtfully made. What really elevated the experience was the service. The staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from start to finish. You can tell they care about both the food and the people walking through the door. Denver has a lot of great spots, but Kokoro stands out for delivering both incredible comfort food and top-tier hospitality. Easy 5 stars. Highly recommend!!
Unagi Bowl
I went through the drive through. The service was fast and the server was nice. I usually order the beef bowl but this time I ordered the unagi don with vegetables. I also asked for the red pepper seasoning on the side. The unagi don hit the spot. I love unagi and rice with veggies so it was a no brainer to order. I wish I would have ordered a miso soup to go but the eel bowl made me full so it a was all good.
Chicken Bowl
I come here all the time with my family my dad used to come here growing up, so it's always been special to us. The food is consistently delicious; the chicken is juicy and full of flavor. I also love trying new things here, since my whole family enjoys exploring different dishes together.
Chicken Katsu
Love the crispiness of the chicken katsu, it's always cooked to perfection. I'm not a huge fan of the house katsu sauce but the chicken usually has a juiciness to it that I don't even need a sauce! I grew up with a 100% Japanese grandmother and for being quick, Kokoro always hits the spot in an impressive and nostalgic way for me.
Chicken Bowl
My favorite item to get is the Chicken Teriyaki bowl. I also like to get the salad and miso soup and edamame. The green tea is the best that i have had
